Never heard of it, but that doesn't mean anything.

Don't really need anything special.  Does not need to be integrated with
IDE, just reload classes after recompiling.

Have you read https://hotswapagent.org/mydoc_quickstart-jdk17.html ? It looks like you can't just use any old JDK, you have to use one with special hooks that HotSwapAgent requires.

I don't see anything on their web site which indicates that Java 24 is supported (yet).
