Work has now started on Tomcat 12 / Jakarta EE 12 and there does seem to
be a desire within the Jakarta EE project for a faster release cadence.
It remains to be seen how that translates into Tomcat releases but - as
always - the community will be involved in - and have full visibility of
- any discussions.
