Your screenshot has been stripped from the list. Is this an
application-generated 403 or one from Tomcat?

What kind of authentication are you using? What kind of login mechanism
are you using -- e.g. FORM versus HTTP BASIC/DIGEST, etc.?
Can you post the relevant parts of your web.xml?
