I have NOT been able to locate clear HOW TO steps for this. I am currently focused on MINOR upgrades.
I will commence a different thread when I raise the question for MAJOR upgrades --- say from 9.x to 10.x -- or 9.x to 11.x IF someone can point me to a great resource...
