look in your windows folder. Yeah, I'm looking at mine and it's not giving me that either. I'm starting to think that was for Win 98 or even 95 where I did that.
Let me see if it can be done in the Environmental Variables tab. Although some config instructions I'm reading are saying theoretically in WinXP or Win2K, you shouldn't have to do that.
