Hello. I'm creating a new thread regarding tomcat performance monitoring. I am using Tomcat 4.0.6 in a Vignette content management application. I need to monitor Tomcats performance real time. Could someone suggest any answers? Up till now, the only sure way was to do a kill -3 JVM-PID and get a thread dump, which gives ample information but it is post-incident. Are there any tools I can download and use or any commands someone can suggest?
