Change the servlet mapping in Blojsom from blog/* to *. Then change the name of the Blojsom webapp to blogs. The end result is the desired URL such as http://www.company.com/blogs/employee.name.
I suggested that on the blojsom users group and David Czarnecki responded saying "It'll probably screw things up since that means that every request gets processed by blojsom. So, images, stylesheet, and such are going to be requested through blojsom."
