The bug concerning the high busy values has been fixed in version 1.2.16. The "V" value is an internal counter, on which the decision concerning the load balancing is based. In 1.2.15 it is normal, that you see nagative values. For 1.2.16 this behaviour has been changed, so you should see only positive "V" values and the worker with the lowest one gets the next request.
