Just want to point out there is no useSendfile attribute for Upgrade Protocol in documentation for Tomcat 8.5 ( https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.5-doc/config/http2.html). It is present in Tomcat 9 (https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-9.0-doc/config/http2.html).
