That usually means that the e-mail is failing to get past our spam filters. I can try and track this down in our logs but, as I'm sure you'll appreciate we get a LOT of email. The easiest way to do this is to do the following: 1. Ensure you are sending plain text email 2. Send an empty email to users-subscr...@tomcat.apache.org, cc'ing ma...@apache.org 3. Let me (ma...@apache.org) know if you don't get a subscription confirmation back within 10-15 minutes.
