Given the reasonably encouraging response to Tomcat's YouTube channel[1] and that fact that many people can't make it to the various ASF conferences[2] held annually, some members of the community have decided to resume our short webinar series. In order to make sure we are addressing topics the community actually cares about, we'd appreciate some feedback on our current list of proposed webinars. Please have a look at http://tomcat.apache.org/presentations.html under the "Future Topics" section and simply reply to this message to do any of the following: a. Request that a particular topic be covered sooner rather than later b. Propose an additional topic c. Volunteer to present a topic (either one already listed or one of your choosing) For the previous webinars (all prepared and hosted by markt), we've tried to do two presentations at different times throughout the day so that people in different time zones have a change to attend a live webinar and get questions answered as a part of the webinar. Mark was kind enough to host a webinar in the morning UTC and again in the evening UTC which covers most of the European and North/South American audiences. If there is significant interest in some times that are convenient for our Asian community members, please voice your support (and your time zone!) and we'll see what we can do to accommodate you.
