Apache Tomcat 9

Hi ! I'm having an issue with my Apache Tomcat 9 and the new IntelliJ 2016.1
It seems that the Tomcat was properly installed, yet I can't compile my 
Java Web Application on the server. It's a strange issue.

Can someone assist me ?
