Producing binaries for every combination of architecture/OS/web
server/compiler was becoming impossible to manage, so we stopped doing it.

If you are running under some kind of UNIX-like OS, mod_jk should build
quite easily out of the box. If you are having trouble, please let us
know and we can probably help.

If you are running Windows, I highly recommend using the pre-built
binaries for mod_jk from Apache Lounge. While not technically affiliated
with the ASF, they have been producing binaries for various
httpd-related project for quite some time, and I've heard no complaints.
