haproxy - is there a mailing list/community?

Hi,

I need some help in setting up a haproxy in front of tomcat (platform 
Ubuntu 14.04). For one I cannot get any logging
into /var/log/haproxy.log. Instead of spoiling this list with my 
questions I'd rather register in a forum or mailing list
dedicated to haproxy. Thank you.
