Hi Mark:

This is what I have in the tomcat-users.xml. And I've tried pairing it down
to all the various combo's per suggestions in searches. Behavior never
changes.

<role rolename="manager-gui"/>
<role rolename="manager-script"/>
<role rolename="manager-jmx"/>
<role rolename="manager-status"/>
<user username="tomcatadmin" password="tomcatpwd"
roles="manager-gui,manager-script,manager-jmx,manager-status"/>

Thanks for taking the time to think about this.
