How to add PROPPATCH to webdav supported app

Hi Users:

HTTP method: PROPPATCH 

Reference: WebDav is bundle with Apache Tomcat 8.0*

If my web application "myWebAppUsingWebDav" uses WebdavServlet, how to 
configure myWebAppUsingWebDav so that it accepts PROPATCH request?
