Problem with JMX Agent and Tomcat 5.5.17

      Dear All,
    
    I'm trying to start JMX through Tomcat 5.5.17, but it failed to start, the 
message was Connection failed,
    
    I only configure the catalina.bat with:
    set CATALINA_OPTS="-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote   
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8004   
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false   
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false" 
    
    Anyone have the solution?
