Hi, I have already found a root cause for this problem.
There is a change in catalina.bat file on lines 196 and 201 Tomcat 8.0.12 :noJuliConfig set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% %LOGGING_CONFIG% Tomcat 8.0.14 :noJuliConfig set JAVA_OPTS=”%JAVA_OPTS% %LOGGING_CONFIG%” Removing quotation marks solves the problem. Does anybody knows the reason why the quotation marks were introduced?
