First, please don’t top post.  Either reply inline like this, or at the bottom. 
 That is the convention that we follow on this list.

Second, did you take some thread dumps or just look at the output in manager?  
The thread dumps are necessary and will show more detail about what is 
happening.  If you need help reading / understanding the thread dumps that you 
capture, feel free to post them here.
