It’s difficult for us to comment when you’re using a third party installer for Tomcat. I’d suggest using the standard Tomcat install process (i.e. download & unzip) instead. http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/RUNNING.txt If you’d prefer an installer, Tomcat also has a Windows installer. It is listed as "32-bit/64-bit Windows Service Installer” on the downloads page.
