Hi Filip, I haven't had the error occur when I have had to restart the Tomcat server, my co-worker is the person who has experienced it and my understanding is that it happens when she attempts to perform a reset and the only way that she resolves it is to reboot the windows server.
I will read through the site that you have sent and see what I can figure out.
