Hello My employer wants my to put a war file on tomcat server installed in by http://198.57.249.59:8080/ hostgator.com
problem is that I can't get to the app manger since I don't have usernameand password. I know that I should edit the above file, I tried through putty but access to file is denied. what should I do?
