build.properties.default has: junit.loc=http://cloud.github.com/downloads/KentBeck/junit/junit4.8.2.zip
I did a clean checkout and the download hangs indefinitely when I try to run the test target. wget of the url hangs too.
There are several similar entries on mail-archives.apache.org. Some say junit has moved from KentBeck to the junit-team repository.
Given that 7.0.41 has only just been voted and released, I wonder whether I am doing something wrong?
