This looks like an error reported in a client, not a server (though it
may be an error from the server being reported on the client). If
there's nothing in the log files on the server, there might not be
anything we can do to help.

I recommend contacting the original application developer or even
SAP/BO to find out how to get more information. Isn't that why people
pay huge license fees to companies like SAP -- to get support?
