Thanks for the input.  Just figured out the problem.  Permissions weren't set 
up correctly for the temp directory.

Looks like the specified file cannot be created.  My first thought would be to 
check that the location can be written to (i.e. it has correct permissions) and 
that you have available disk space on that partition.
