Hi, I am tring to intigrate Tomcat with Apache. So I followed the steps that explained in the following website: http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/au/145 I completed all the steps successfully. And now when I tried to start tomcat and apaceh. Tomcat is working fine but Apache is not starting. I got the following Error Message in the terminal. fopen: Permission denied httpd: could not open error log file /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log. /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started I used all versions teh same that specified in the documentation and so in the browser also the following message appears: You don't have permission to access /examples/ on this server. Once I gave the excute prmission to the /usr/local/apache folder it started but in the browser I am getting an alert message "Connection refused" when I gave /loclahost/examples.
