As I understand you use Apache and Tomcat in tandem. Now you can add
following entries in you httpd.conf:
<Location /jsp-examples>
Options None
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
Allow from <IP address 1>,<IP address 2>
</Location>
Remove the 8080 Connector from your server.xml.
That's all.
