It looks like the major issues as seen here:

have been fixed. Since it has been less than 1 month since those issue have
been fixed - it may be a waiting game. Google has additional crawling
algorthm which detects how often a site changes. If your site changes often -
it comes back often. If it determines that a site doesn't change often - it
doesn't spider as often. Since the older site was unable to be indexed and
that javascript doorway probably never changed - google is probably only
stoppeing by once a week or once a month to look for changes.

I have no javascript links on my page. The site is a struts site, and
all links are regular links with no odd, or peculiar issues.
