He posted something like your email on Tomcat dev list.
I told him to use the users list instead.
However, go to the Tomcat bin directory it should be:
c:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\bin\
Double click on tomcat5.exe
Click 'Unblock' when the Windows box pops out.
