Hi all, in server.xml we have defined a JNDIRealm pointing our ldap of users and group. It works.
In order to have the couple authentication and authorization in an Apache front end server (with mod_jk for the Tomcat's, with reverse proxy for other as's), I'd like to know if you can suggest a sample of server.xml configuration in which such JNDIRealm may accept the REMOTE_USER coming from the Apache, computes the roles, rather than asking for the authentication. If such action is impossible, could you advise any hint in order to have a new Realm (JNDI extended) built ? Ciao and thanks Ezio.
