Thanks. I'm assuming I need to append it to LD_LIBRARY_PATH as such:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/local/apr
What about in WindowsXP? Do the dlls just need to be in C:\Windows\system32?
