I downloaded jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9-admin.tar.gz. Used gunzip to get jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9-admin.tar. Used command "tar -xvf jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9-admin.tar" to untar the archive file. No files were created on the server/webapps directory. Admin app did not install.
