restrict to localhost

I have a setup where apache is proxypassing to tomcat, and we only want tomcat to bind to locahost:8080, as all authentication is currently done in apache.

How do I tell tomcat to bind only to localhost?

Unfortunately tomcat binds to all interfaces, so someone can get past that by going right to port 8080.
