Yes Sir I meant Jakarta-Tomcat 5.5.9. Will really appreciate if you could help now. Hi Lalit, The URL you mention uses HTTP but you mention about SSL certificates. Are you sure you should not be using https in your URL (you wrote http://localhost...)? Also, you may want to verify that the browser you are using support TLS 1.0 (on some of them, it is not always enabled by default, though supported).
