Do you have Tapestry-Module-Classes set up in the common module?

The hibernate.cfg.xml and maven dependency to hibernate should be set up in the
main module.
E.g.

<groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
<artifactId>hibernate-c3p0</artifactId>
</dependency>
