Both links do not work. All generated documentation has been removed for older 
versions of Tapestry
in an effort to clean up the website. See [1] for details if you still need 
them. Basically it
involves downloading the archived sources and building the site locally, for 
yourself.

The user guide shouldn't have been deleted though, this was in error. I will 
restore it in the next
few days.
