Note, if you'd like to override the default date editor in the BeanEditForm you will need to contribute an EditBlockContribution to the BeanBlockOverrideSource service. This will require you to create a private page with a block containing a DateField. The page can be made private by annotating it with @WhitelistAccessOnly
