Also, the classLoader here is an instance of org.apache.tapestry5.internal.plastic.PlasticClassLoader which obviously contains the module pages, whereas the one in the ClassNameLocator implementation is looking at one called ContextLoader@TestApp (where TestApp is the name in the web.xml).
