I think it might be a problem with "Ids=10025033/10025032" Take a look http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-7.0-doc/config/systemprops.html here for "org.apache.tomcat.util.http.ServerCookie.FWD_SLASH_IS_SEPARATOR" and "org.apache.catalina.STRICT_SERVLET_COMPLIANCE"
