This is stuff that's been getting tweaked in 5.4; There may be more
tweaking to go. Currently, we have a try {}  around the processing of
the response from the server side; that may need to be tweaked so that
we just use the try {} when there's no native console, and execute
directly when there is a native console ... this will help prevent
Tapestry from obscuring the underlying location of exceptions, as
currently they are reported as if they occur within the catch { }.

Unlike Java, where it's possible to capture the true stack trace, even
when throwing a new exception, that's not possible (to my knowledge)
in JavaScript.
