How do you start Jetty?

The best way is to use RunJettyRun (http://code.google.com/p/run-jetty-run/)
or Eclipse Jetty (http://eclipse-jetty.sourceforge.net/).

I think live reloading doesn't work when starting with "mvn jetty:run"
