Yeah, the index page / activation context thing could either be a blessing or a curse! (So far always a blessing in my apps - phew!) I always have a difficult time generating 404s with a T5 app.
To get your pagecatalog up, I would suggest finding out what your remoteHost address is (as per last post) and contributing it to the Whitelist configuration. Steve.
