To keep things simple, I do the training using a VMWare Virtual
Machine with Eclipse, the projects, the databases, and everything
pre-loaded and configured.  It means we can go from nothing to our
first running applications in just a couple of minutes, and if anyone
has problems, I know exactly how each laptop is configured (they are
all identical).
