I immediately asked for refund from Manning and will buy your book
once ready. While there's always some risk, I agree that Manning
canceling the book at this point is way better for you. Most of the
work is done and publishing via Lulu is simple and may actually allow
you to recover at least some of the investment, which usually is not
the case with most author/publisher deals for the author.
