This is unrelated. Either comsys/newsint/co/uk/mixins/ajax_periodic_updater.js is not under src/main/resources (or equivalent), or your IDE/build script is not packaging it into your WAR.
The first thing you do is rule out your environment as the problem, and since you didn't bother to explain what that was (or even what version of Tapestry you are using), you can't expect much more help.
