hi bobharner , I have seen whatever link you sent to me.But there clearly mention you can take any name instead of app.anyway i changed it app1 to app as you said and run the application but i am still getting same exception.
By convention, the filter name (filter-name) is almost always "app", but you can use any name you want. Tapestry uses this to determine what module class name to look for .
