Igor, not sure how this works at Manning but at this time (since Dec) they send a Manning 'deal of the day' where they promote the book and allow you to buy the meap and/or the pbook/ebook with it. It must be working well for them ( I myself have bought a whole bunch of books from there promos) as it was originally supposed to be only until the end of the year, yet it's still running until today.
