Thi is really strange... Easy FCK Editor does not use or run php at all - it is java library.
FCK Editor can be configured to use whatever backend. Easy FCK just delivers a bridge between Tapestry 5 and http://java.fckeditor.net/ There must be a configuration error if the editor asks php files. Please open a ticket to http://kenai.com/jira/browse/T5_EASY_FCKEDITOR and attach instructions how to reproduce this.
