Hi, has anyone used Prototype 1.7? 1.6.1 has some problems with IE9 and I'd like to code new things against the newer version.
The 1.7 is supposed to be drop-in replacement for 1.6.1, and it should also work with scriptaculous 1.8.x. (According to the developer if it does not it is a bug and it will be fixed.) However, I have faced problems that appear with ajax: the javascript that get's attached to the ajax response is never evaluated. No exceptions raised, no errors with any browsers.
