Independently of being a JavaEE specification, which includes several things from JDBC to JMS, Tapestry is a Web framework, so it doesn't make much sense to have a direct integration. On the other hand, integrating Tapestry-IoC with JMS makes a lot of sense. I don't know of anyone who has done that.
